🔄 Returns

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Products must be in resellable condition, free from damage or signs of use.

  • Returns must include the original order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return.

💸 Refunds

❌ Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:

  • BBrow is not liable for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.


📍 International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • Please ensure your return complies with local customs regulations.
